传统鸡蛋糕
传统鸡蛋糕 (谢谢Jenny Wong分享的食谱)
材料:
A; 鸡蛋3粒、幼糖 250g
B; 普通面粉300g(筛过)
C; 100号汽水 200ml
做法:
1)鸡蛋和糖打至乳白色,分3次加入普通面粉和汽水,用塑胶刮刀拌均匀,倒入铺了纸的7寸竹篮,然后用白糖在面糊上晒上+字,放入蒸笼里用大火蒸35-40分钟。
注;粉和100plus要交叉放,用塑胶刮刀拌均匀(交叉是,放些粉搅拌,在放些汽水搅拌, 分3次重复做完。)
