无糖黑豆浆
为了健康,今后都来享用无糖的!
材料:
黑豆-1量杯(浸泡过夜),糙米-半量杯
做法:
所有材料放入营养机加清水到上下水位,选择express soya,按ok即可。营养机响起,就可以享用美味豆浆了。
