榛仁曲奇
Hazelnut Cookies
榛仁曲奇
A: 牛油 250g, 糖粉 100g
B: 面粉 300g, 榛仁粉 100g
C: 榛子仁 50g
1. 将A打发,加入B揉成面团。
2. 把面团分成每粒10克,放入小纸杯内,再压入1粒榛子仁
。
3.用 180‘C烤大概 15-20分钟。
